FlirtManagement
FlirtManagement redefines the meaning of the word flirt. Flirting is much more
than chasing (wo)men. There is a bit of flirting present almost in any human
communication. Without trying to be bizarre I would like to notice that even
your pet begging for it's meal is kind a flirting with you, without knowing it
off course.
Humans alike! Very often I hear from people attending our seminars that they never flirt, as they don't know how or are too shy.
We realize that we are flirting only when it is mixed with sexual attractiveness towards the person we are flirting with. But we do flirt all of the time. We do not recognize it as such because we think that flirting is always sexual. Which is not. Never tried to be charming to a police officer in order to prevent getting a ticket? Why can daughters get 'anything' done from their fathers? Didn't you ever try to impress the opposite side during a job interview? Even when going out with our partners we dress nicely, take care of our hair; even we smile to a handsome stranger! Almost anytime we may need something from somebody - we use one or another flirt technique. Keeping eye contact, smiling, touching the other, and trying to appear as 'a very likeable person'. Many successful businesspeople will confirm that they do flirt 'all of the time'!
And that's what FlirtManagement is all about. Flirting for business people: 'dynamic' managers, 'hard working' secretaries, 'persuasive' salespersons, 'conscientiuos' accountants, 'canny' bankers, 'seductive' marketers en so on.
It can be just for fun or for some more serious objective. If it is only for fun, like for example our FlirtDiner and some of our workshop's are, we enjoy making fun together and you will be delighted seeing your colleagues in a way you do not know them. If it is to meet some serious objective it does not become boring all of the sudden. We call it 'educatainment'. FlirtManagement's message is: how people communicate to or with each other on the work floor is of utmost importance for achieving a team spirit and cohesiveness needed to perform better. And that's what FlirtManagement among else teaches: showing interest in your colleagues as a human beings, paying attention in how they feel, do not save compliments for your private life, realize that you can make a difference, in short: you can make any moment magical for yourself and others.
